General Entry Procedures for All Contests

Submit all entries via www.texasmusicforms.com
Judges’ sheets for all contests will be printed for you - do not print these!
Form 1’s must be filled out and signed by all parties. You may email, mail or fax this before contest day or bring it to the contest office the day of the contest, but it must be turned in before your group performs
